Returns & Refunds
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Damaged Items
Unfortunately there may be times when items have been damaged in transit, if this is the case please contact us and we can either send out a replacement or issue you a refund
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping
We will dispatch items within 1-3 working days. All UK shipping is free delivery using Royal Mail 2nd Class which takes on average 3-5 working days. Upgrades can be added with an additional fee upon checkout if you would like the item to arrive quicker.
